🗒️Create Templates

Step 1: Go to templates section in https://app.chatio.io and click Create New Template in top right corner

Step 2: Please complete the required fields and provide the template for the message you would like to approve. If you are unsure about the format of the message, you can use the "Automatic Message Generator" by providing some prompts. You can then copy the generated message and paste it into the "message" textbox.

Step 3: If you wish to include any media files, you can click on the "Add Sample" button and upload your media files. Please note that the size of the media files should be less than 5MB.

Step 4: After clicking on the "Save" button, you will be directed to a screen where you can view the template you have created. In the "Pending Approval Templates" panel, you will be able to see the status of your template, whether it is marked as "failed" or "in review".

It might take 24–48 hours to reflect back on our panel.
